The facility is located on the edge of Round Lake in the Okanagan Valley. It can accommodate up to 36 people and is a six- to seven-week rehabilitation program.
It is a holistic approach that emphasizes the power of the healing circle—established in 1979. The program addresses issues of alcohol and drug addiction as well as related issues of sexual abuse, grief, trauma, anger management and shame.
Withdrawal from alcohol and mood-altering drugs for a minimum of two (2) weeks is mandatory. Applicants must have participated in a minimum of six sessions with an Alcohol and Drug Counsellor or Referral Worker.

Life Recovery is a Christian registered charity that provides an abstinence-based and faith-based residential program to support women.
They have residential support services. They offer homes with two different stages. The stays are from 3 months to years, depending on client needs.

Charlford House is a non-profit treatment residence for women aged 19 or over who have undergone detox before arrival. A person can self-refer to this program. The program staff have had personal experience with addiction but have been successfully sober for a long time. All have received formal education and training that equips them to help others.

Pacifica offers a continuum of rehabilitation programs and services that promote enhanced quality of life, well-being, and healing on a cognitive, physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical level.
The aim is to improve self-esteem, repair relationships with self and others, and set goals to build a solid foundation for sustainable change. To achieve this, the Primary Treatment Program is a stay of anywhere from 35-84+ days and utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:

A temporary stabilization program is available to people seeking recovery, addiction treatment, or second-stage support. Participants must have a transition plan and not be using substances. They must not require a medical detox or be on opioid replacement therapies.
The maximum estimated waitlist time for admission to their recovery program must be two weeks or less. Gateway point staff or Supervisor of Outreach can grant exceptions.
They also have a 6 to 12-month live-in program for men and women at different locations. It is a 12-step-based program with trauma-informed counselling, one-on-one counselling and other activities.
A “Second Stage Recovery” is offered after graduating from UGM’s Recovery Program. You’re encouraged to remain at UGM, where you’ll receive compassionate, deliberate attention that guides you toward your next steps.
Ozanam Recovery House is a 19-bed transition home in Kelowna, BC, for adult men struggling with addictions, mental health issues, or both. The recovery program is a combination of biopsychosocial, twelve-step and faith-based programming.
Residents must engage in daily recovery programming during their initial three-month stay at Ozanam House. After this period, the support staff will assist them in accessing community support as they work to achieve their goals, ultimately preparing for their return to the community. The stay at Ozanam Recovery House can extend to two years, depending on individual needs and progress.
A person can self-refer. It is a six-month-plus program. Completing a medical detox or withdrawal management before entering the program is mandatory.

The InnerVisions is a program of total abstinence from all mood-altering substances. This program encompasses a 12-step model, along with the bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach. Path to Freedom is a 90-day treatment program for men 19 and older. It focuses on daily activities centred around recovery and acquiring the skills to maintain sobriety. Extended care is also an option. Providing aftercare support is their primary goal.
Path To Freedom provides second-stage housing and an aftercare program, enabling men to reintegrate into society and their communities. In the second-stage home, residents maintain the program’s structure while having the opportunity to resume employment or pursue education as they work on rebuilding their lives.
