Worried your drug or alcohol use may be getting out of control?
Our evidence-informed online coaching helps you understand what’s happening and regain control — privately, professionally, and without judgment.
Coaching provided by a certified Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist with over 10 years of lived and professional recovery experience.
Have you started to wonder whether your use of alcohol or drugs is becoming harder to control?
Are you noticing changes you don’t like — in your mood, your health, your relationships, or your routines?
Do you want more control, or to stop altogether, but feel unsure where to begin?
Online Addiction Recovery Coaching is a professional, online addiction support service designed for people who are at the early stages of concern — those who sense that something may be shifting and want help before things escalate.
This structured, fee-based program provides practical tools, education, and guided support to help you better understand your substance use and make informed, lasting changes.
Our coaching program focuses on understanding, skill-building, and personal choice.
PARTICIPANTS LEARN:
Practical principles to support healthier decision-making
Tools to recognize patterns that contribute to loss of control
How thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances can influence substance use
Strategies to regain stability and direction
In addition to learning practical techniques, many participants report gaining insight into what is happening internally and externally that affects their relationship with alcohol or drugs. This combination of education and guided reflection is a key reason the program receives strong feedback from those who have completed it.
Many participants report improved control, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being across multiple areas of life.
Many counselling services focus primarily on listening, assessment, and interpretation. While this can be helpful, it often places the professional in the role of evaluator.
Our approach is different.
This program is educational and collaborative, drawing primarily from evidence-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles.
Rather than being evaluated or told what their situation means, participants are:
You will be guided through clear, accessible materials
You will have support in understanding how the information applies to your own life
You will arrive at your own insights and conclusions
The recovery coach supports understanding and application — not judgment or diagnosis.
The tools taught are life skills that can be applied broadly, not only to substance use, helping individuals build greater personal control and resilience over time.
The program has two central goals:
To increase awareness of how external circumstances affect you — and how your responses affect your environment
To strengthen your ability to make intentional, informed choices around alcohol or drug use
Sessions take place through secure video conferencing on a regular schedule, allowing you to participate from home while maintaining structure and accountability.
This online addiction recovery coaching program is available to individuals across Canada.

If coaching is not appropriate, we will recommend other treatment options available in Canada that better match the individual’s needs.
Coaching is provided by an experienced addiction specialist, certified as a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist.
In addition to professional training, the coach brings personal lived experience, having navigated her own addiction and maintained more than 10 years of alcohol-free recovery.
This combination of clinical knowledge and real-world understanding allows her to approach each person with insight, respect, and practicality — especially those who may feel unsure, conflicted, or hesitant about seeking help.
Her role is not to judge or direct, but to support understanding, informed choice, and sustainable change.
