Rideauwood has more than 15 comprehensive programs that support youth, young adults, adults and families impacted by problematic substance use, gambling, gaming and other technology use. It is a community-based outpatient treatment program that offers either short-term or long-term care.

Ottawa Withdrawal Management Centre
The Ottawa Withdrawal Management Centre offers six beds for women and a separate area with 20 beds for men, catering to individuals aged 16 years or older. It is a safe and structured environment with 24/7 monitoring and support from counsellors in both official languages for withdrawal from drugs and alcohol
For individuals 16 years of age or older who are medically stable
are intoxicated or experiencing withdrawal symptoms, or are at risk of relapse.

Maison Decision House
An intensive 8-week community reintegration program exclusively for male offenders with a chronic history of substance use. It is an open-ended program permitting continuous intake with no predetermined endpoint.
It follows a general treatment philosophy rooted in the social learning model, which sees addiction as a learned behaviour. This approach teaches that addiction can be “unlearned” by developing new patterns of thinking and effective coping skills.
It offers a Supervised Apartment to residents on full parole or statutory release for a period of up to two months (or 90 days), serving as a transitional bridge to support their reintegration into the community.

A New Direction is a program that addresses addiction and criminal behaviour at the same time.
The goal of this program is to assist participants in replacing unhealthy thinking patterns with those that foster better relationships, freedom from substance use, and a fulfilling life.
A New Direction includes workbooks and group discussions facilitated by Harvest House staff.
Celebrate Recovery Program
- Celebrate Recovery is a 12-step recovery program of Alcoholics Anonymous. It relates each aspect of the 12 steps to biblical principles.
While the material is Christ-centred, residents from various spiritual backgrounds are encouraged to adapt it to their own beliefs. These classes include teaching and group discussion.
